Domain Radar's Rating (out of 5 stars): **

Pros
•  easily one of the cheapest registrars at $7.99 per domain
•  been around since 1999

Cons
•  no system for pushes makes it hard to resell names
•  only way to keep track of names is by the contact email
•  every name has to have a password

The Verdict - Steer clear of unless price is more important than anything else to you.

Comments

This eNom reseller is a great example of sacrificing too much in order to be one of the cheapest registrars online. You would think that its cheap prices would entice heavy domain buyers but the problem is that its wacky domain management system makes it hard to resell the domains on a regular basis.

Not only does PowerPipe not have a "push" feature that would allow sellers to transfer domains to buyers easily, it recently attempted to start charging for transferring domains out. Thankfully, this attempt was thwarted by customer outrage. It did however leave a bitter taste in the mouths of people who have a large domain portfolio there. That said, I would avoid this registrar at all costs unless you like to register cheap domains without any intention of selling them.
